Cordiant Emerging Market Loan Funds

The Cordiant Emerging Loan Fund III and its predecessor IFPT funds make loans sourced from and in conjunction with Cordiant's network of International Financial Institutions (IFIs) and commercial banks to emerging market corporate borrowers.

Cordiant's loan funds are structured to mitigate country risk and provide investors with an opportunity to participate in well-structured, market-priced projects and corporate loans in emerging market countries. Cordiant is cognizant of the developmental impact of its investments and screens and monitors all investments for social, environmental and corporate governance issues. Socially responsible investing has been a hallmark of Cordiant's operations since the firm made its first investment in 2001.

With a solid track record, Cordiant was the first investment management firm to introduce institutional investors to a diversified pool of private sector debt in emerging markets through the IFI B loan program. Cordiant provides efficiently managed and cost effective access to emerging market assets generating an absolute return with a superior risk/return profile, low volatility and low correlation to other asset classes.
