$12M IADB B-loan signed by Cordiant for Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE)

A $12M B-loan was signed with IADB in July 2008 for Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), the state-owned telecommunications and electricity company of Costa Rica.
