Cordiant purchases $11.5M participation in EBRD loan to RusHydro

In July 2008, Cordiant purchased an $11.5M participation in an EBRD loan to RusHydro, Russia’s largest hydro-generating company and the second biggest in the world in terms of installed capacity. The purpose of the loan is to finance a portion of RusHydro's investment program, which calls for the modernization of 9 power stations.
