Cordiant signs $5M EBRD loan to JSC Transtelecom

A $5M B-loan was signed with EBRD in September 2008 for JSC Transtelecom in Kazakhstan. The project will extend the construction of a fibre optic communications network along the railway tracks of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy – Kazakhstan’s National Railways Company (KTZ).
