Cordiant signs IFC loan to Assan Demir

In February, 2006, Cordiant signed a USD 5m IFC B-loan to Assan Demir, a flat-rolled aluminum product (FRP) and galvanized steel product producer in Turkey. The FRP plant is located in Tuzla while the galvanized steel plant is located in Kartal, both suburbs of Istanbul. This loan was subsequently sold in May 2006.
