Cordiant signs IFC loan to Comcel

A $10M B-loan was signed with IFC in December 2009 for Comcel, the largest wireless communication operator in Guatemala. The loan will be used fund the capital expenditures needed to expand its 2G network (coverage and capacity) and implement the 3G network (value added services).
