David Anderson

David is responsible for the evaluation of potential investments and oversight of portfolio companies, in addition to managing Cordiant’s legal and investor reporting functions.

David has 11 years of legal and investment experience. Prior to joining Cordiant, David practiced corporate/securities and technology law with an emphasis on private equity placements, M&A transactions, public offerings, intellectual property licensing deals and corporate governance issues. He worked primarily with early-stage companies, underwriters and venture capital funds in the information technology and oil & gas sectors. David also has experience consulting for financial services firms on strategic and market-entry initiatives.

David has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and an undergraduate degree in International Relations (BA) from McGill University. He has also been called to the Bar of Ontario after obtaining civil law (LL.L) and common law (LL.B) degrees from the University of Ottawa.
