Cordiant purchases $15M participation in IIC loan to Biofilm

In June 2007, Cordiant signed a $15M B loan with IIC for Biofilmin Mexico which will be used to refinance a portion of its short-term and local currency debt and also to finance the purchase of new equipment. More information on this project can be found on the IIC website: Biofilm.
