Cordiant purchases USD 38.5M participation in IFC loan to Industrial Union of Donbass

In June, 2008, Cordiant signed a USD 38.5m IFC B-loan to Industrial Union of Donbass, one of the largest Ukrainian steel trading and holding companies. The loan will finance an investment program focused on enabling the Company to produce higher value finished products and a wider range of steel grades.
