$10M IFC B-loan signed by Cordiant for Logistics Center Kalynivka

A $10M B-loan was signed with IFC in September 2008 for Logistics Center Kalynivka, a Ukrainian real estate company that owns and leases the Kalynivka warehouse site near Kyiv.. The loan facility will be used to finance a portion of a $85 M project to construct new warehouse space and upgrade the entire Kalynivka site.
