Cordiant participates in EBRD loan to TBC in Georgia

In December 2005, Cordiant purchased a USD $2 million participation in an EBRD B-loan for the continued financing of TBC, Georgia’s largest commercial bank. TBC operates as a universal bank, out of 5 branches in Tbilisi, the capital, and 6 other branches in major regional cities offering services to both corporate and retail clients in Georgia.
