Bertrand Millot – CIO

Mr. Millot joined Cordiant in 2002. In his capacity as Chief Investment Officer, he has overseen the due diligence, approval and monitoring processes of over 150 loans covering a wide array of sectors from infrastructure to agribusiness.

Mr. Millot has been active in project finance for 21 years. Prior to joining Cordiant, he spent 8 years at EBRD including as Infrastructure Group Portfolio Manager, where he was responsible for the monitoring, management, troubleshooting and workout of a portfolio of 170 loans and equity investments in the infrastructure sector totalling €4.7 billion, and as Principal Banker and Senior Banker where he lead the appraisal, structuring and execution of large infrastructure projects. Before joining EBRD, Mr. Millot worked for 4 years as Project Manager in the transport sector with the Project Finance Department of Banque Nationale de Paris.

Mr. Millot holds an M Sc. in General Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers and an MBA from McGill University. He speaks fluent French and English, and has a working knowledge of German.
