Danny Brouillard

Managing Director

Mr. Brouillard joined Cordiant in 2006. Prior to joining Cordiant, he was a Vice-president with Stable Capital Advisors, a placement agent boutique dedicated to raising institutional money for private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Brouillard was a Director with Capita Financial Corporation, structuring project finance transactions in Emerging Markets with a particular focus on the telecom, energy and environmental sectors. Between 1995 and 1998, he served as CFO of a mid-sized food services business and co-founded a consulting firm catering to start ups. Mr. Brouillard began his career with the Corporate Banking Group of HSBC Bank in Toronto, where he co-managed a USD 500 million portfolio of Canadian and foreign multinational accounts. He has taught International Finance courses at HEC and Bois de Boulogne College in Montreal.

He holds a B-Com from HEC and an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University). He also holds designations as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is fluent in French and English, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
