David Anderson

Principal

Mr. Anderson joined Cordiant in 2006. Prior to joining Cordiant, he practiced corporate/securities and technology law with an emphasis on private equity placements, M&A transactions, public offerings, intellectual property licensing deals and corporate governance issues. He worked primarily with early-stage companies, underwriters and venture capital funds in the information technology and oil & gas sectors. Mr. Anderson also has experience consulting for financial services firms on strategic and market-entry initiatives.

He holds an MBA and BA from McGill University and Bachelor of Common Law and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the University of Ottawa, and is a member of the Bar of Ontario. He is fluent in English and French.
