Lori began her career negotiating and administering defence industry contracts in the procurement department of Unisys GSG. She left Unisys in 1994 to work with Carl Otto at AMI Partners and later joined him at Cordiant in 2001.
Lori has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University. She is fluent in English and French.
