Vito Dellerba

Principal / Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Dellerba first joined Cordiant in 2004 as an Analyst. In this role, he provided support to the treasury, marketing and portfolio functions of the company. In 2005 he was promoted to Investment Analyst on the portfolio team.   He left the firm in 2006 to pursue an opportunity in the Caribbean working on structuring and brokering corporate credit, leveraged loan and asset backed securities.  Following his return to Montreal in 2009, he rejoined Cordiant.  With six years of investment experience, Mr. Dellerba is currently responsible for the supervision of portfolio companies and the evaluation of new portfolio investments, and he serves as Cordiant’s Chief Compliance Officer. 

Mr. Dellerba holds a B.Com. (Finance) from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.  He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.  He has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course.  He is fluent in English, French and Italian.
