History
Founded in 1999, Cordiant’s strategic direction, ownership and leadership have evolved substantially since 2015-16. Cordiant is a globally-minded, sector-focused investor: it has investment mandates in Europe, North America and the OECD, as well as Emerging Markets.
Since 2018, the firm has expanded from Montréal to open affiliated offices in London, Luxembourg and Sao Paulo. The firm is now partner-owner and partner-run, providing alignment of interests with our investors. Cordiant invests through both classic GP/LP funds as well as listed investment companies. In 2021, Cordiant listed Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited on the London Stock Exchange
